Vedalina Serrano is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) currently pursuing her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her commitment to professional growth reflects her dedication to advancing clinical excellence.
At DABS, Vedalina serves as the Assistant to the Clinical Supervisor, working closely with the clinical leadership team to support day-to-day clinical operations. She assists with staff onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives while helping coordinate clinical processes that promote consistency, quality, and best practices across the organization. Vedalina also supports quality assurance efforts by maintaining compliance with company policies, payer requirements, and industry standards, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
