Lisset Morales serves as the Quality Assurance Supervisor at Developmental Applied Behavior Solutions and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In her role, she oversees quality assurance processes to help ensure that clinical services meet professional, ethical, and organizational standards.
Lisset works closely with clinical supervisors and treatment teams to review documentation, monitor service quality, support regulatory compliance, and promote consistency across clinical programs. Her experience in applied behavior analysis allows her to evaluate services from both a clinical and operational perspective, with careful attention to treatment integrity and client outcomes.
