Carolina Rivera earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University (FIU), with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and a minor in Music Therapy. She is currently pursuing dual master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Applied Behavior Analysis, reflecting her commitment to interdisciplinary care and professional excellence.
At DABS, Carolina works closely with the clinical team to support the delivery of high-quality behavioral services. She assists with clinical coordination, staff support, onboarding, and training initiatives while contributing to quality assurance and operational processes that promote consistency and best practices across the organization.
